Richard has many years experience in the building, civil engineering and petrochemical industries and has considerable understanding of contract forms and the law relating to construction and engineering and is an accredited mediator.
Richard works closely with solicitors and counsel alike in the preparation of claims and complex final accounts. He is extremely knowledgeable in the preparation of expert reports for both litigation and arbitration. Richard heads the office in Cork, Ireland and together with his colleagues in Ireland advises on all aspects of commercial management and dispute avoidance and resolution.
