Jason has over 20 years experience on a wide variety of projects including civil engineering (highways, bridges and tunnelling), building, mechanical and electrical, process engineering and petrochemical works.
Experienced in the preparation, negotiation and settlement of complex final accounts and contractual claims, Jason holds dual qualifications in Quantity Surveying and Law. He provides contractual advice and has represented parties in adjudication proceedings and in arbitration. He has proven to be adept at working individually or within a team environment, liaising with counsel and solicitors as appropriate. He has also assisted in the production of expert reports for arbitration.
