Tony has practical experience in building and civil engineering and a wide understanding of contract forms. He also has knowledge of the law relating to construction and engineering contracting and is an Adjudicator on the RICS Adjudication Panel.
Tony has considerable experience in the preparation of complex final accounts and claims, working closely with solicitors and counsel. He has produced expert reports for litigation and arbitration and has given evidence before tribunals on many complicated matters.
Tony is well versed in referral and response preparation for adjudication and also acting as party representative. He has been appointed as adjudicator on over 50 occasions.
